Ian Hodge: Managing Director
Ian started Surfside Pools in 1980, and is widely acknowledged to be one of the leading authorities on commercial and luxury residential pool construction in the Southern Hemisphere. Ian's enormous experience has come from completing projects such as the Marriott Resort, Sheraton Mirage and Conrad Jupiters pools.
Ian has always been a hands on person and has developed his skills and knowledge through experience over the past 36 years.

Margaret Hodge: Financial Controller
Margaret started Surfside Pools with husband Ian almost 30 years ago. She has always been an integral part of the every day running of the business. Today Margaret is involved mainly in the financial aspects of Surfside.
She has studied accountancy and regularly keeps herself updated with current accounting procedures

Bryan Moore: Estimating Manager
Bryan has been with Surfside Pools for several years as Estimator. With a background as a qualified plumber, Bryan has successfully run his own business for a number of years.
Bryan’s main responsibilities include cost review in close consultation with Ian Hodge.
“We review the best products at the best prices for our clients. The challenge in the industry is to be as efficient as possible and, with the experience of the company, we do hold quite an edge in knowing exactly how to do things," Says Bryan.

Tracey Moore: Administration Manager
Tracey manages the busy Surfside Pools commercial office and oversees all aspects of client management.
Tracey's responsibilities include staff management, quality assurance documentation and general office management.
Tracey also undertakes vital research for the team, including information related to building approvals and planned development.
